Craft

Better Books Sell Better

Write Better Books

SAGA has an entire track of presentations dedicated to improving your skills as a writer. Better books sell better, and we want to give you the tools to create the best book you possibly can.

Our faculty includes professional editors, publishers, award-winning authors, and New York Times best sellers, all dedicated to helping you become a better writer.

Business

It’s More than Art

Make More Money

Better books sell better, but people still need to know the book exists. Our team of industry professionals will help you learn to market your books and market yourself to make sure your books stand out on the shelves, and in the minds of your readers.

We’ll teach the ins and outs of cover design, social media, networking, and hand sales, plus give you tips on working with an editor and landing your dream agent.

Hone Your Craft

We offer a manuscript critique service, where our faculty will read and critique the first twenty pages of your manuscript, along with your cover or query letter, to help you hook an agent or editor with your work and give your book the best chance to stand out from the slush pile.
