Setup/Breakdown: Setup will be allowed on Friday night 6 PM – 9PM or Saturday morning from 7 AM – 9:30 AM, Breakdown is 4 PM – 6 PM. Please plan accordingly.

General Information & Rules
This is not a dealer’s room. We are not accepting third-party retailers for this event due to the creative focus.
This is a juried event, and space is limited. Acceptance to Muggles Market Too will be based on several key factors including but not limited to uniqueness of product offering, ranking in creative field, and categories already represented by other accepted artisans. Please do not let this discourage you, as we anticipate increasing our offerings in following years.
SAGA cannot hold market spaces until at least a 50% deposit is paid on their invoice. This payment is due within 5 days of invoice. Payment of the invoice is acceptance of the conditions as outlined below and on the invoice. The balance must be paid within 30 days to hold a space. Payment will be made through our PayPal account invoicing system.
Due to space constraints, SAGA can only offer a maximum of one (1) space to any group.
Artisans are expected to abide by the venue and event policies and requests, as well as the instruction of the director.
Artisans are not allowed to “sub-let” any part of their allotted space to a third party without the express permission of the MMT director.
Artisans will not sell any merchandise that is not specifically related to the items described in their application. Any changes to their works or focus must be approved in writing by the MMT director.
SAGA reserves the right to cancel the acceptance of any applicant without further explanation. A full refund of any monies paid will be made.
Cancellations:
Full refund less 10% handling fee if cancelled before January 31, 2019. No refund after January 31, 2020. Requests will be handled on a case by case basis. If SAGA cancels, artisans receive a full refund.
The Legal Stuff
[ARTISAN] hereby assumes entire responsibility and hereby agrees to protect, defend, indemnify and save the venue, its owners, its operator, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, employees, officers, directors, and agents harmless against all claims, losses or damages to persons or property, governmental charges or fines and attorney’s fees arising out of or caused by its installation, removal, maintenance, occupancy or use of the exhibition premises or a part thereof, excluding any such liability caused by the sole gross negligence of the venue and its employees and agents.”
SAGA will provide some measure of security during market operating hours to deter shoplifting, or damage to property. [ARTISAN] is not to leave their vending space unattended, and should bring adequate staff to protect the security of their space.
[ARTISAN] is responsible for collecting, reporting and paying NC sales tax. SAGA will not be responsible for the collection of these taxes nor will be held liable if any State of NC official comes to the event to collect the taxes on site.
